Salon Prive 2012 to Start via Tour D'Elegance

The organizers of the Salon Prive today announced that the 2012 edition of the event will start with an event called Tour d’Elegance, which is basically a 21-mile drive through London.
The route starts from Woodcote Park in Epsom (on Wednesday 5th September) and goes north through Epsom Racecourse and Richmond Park to Syon House in West London.

21 iconic vehicles will take part in the Tour D’Elegance, with the list including seven Ferrari F40s, a 1965 Lamborghini 350 GT, a 1962 Jaguar E Type, a 1967 Corvette, a 1960 Maserati 3500GT Spyder and others. The Tour will be led by Jay Kay (Jamiroquai front man), who will have Lord Percy in the passenger seat of hiw 1969 Aston Martin DB6 Volante.

  • 10.00 Fir Tree Road, Epson, KT17
  • 10.15 Pembroke Lodge car park, Richmond Park, TW10
  • 10.30 Richmond Bridge, TW9
  • 11.00 Syon House, TW7 6AZ
