Good news for the fans of adventure touring... and for their behinds, too: Saddlemen has just announced Adventure TOUR, a new custom seat series dedicated for long-time-long-range biking.
The new seats come in multiple designs, such as solo, one-piece two-up or separate rider and pillion seats. They all sport a patented Gel Channel architecture providing both rider support and perineal nerve relief for a more comfortable and healthy ride.
The Adventure TOUR also feature the acclaimed progressive density SaddleGel foam and a revised sculpted design, with a narrow nose allowing a better ground contact when stopped and a slight pitch for preventing the rider from sliding into the tank. Marine-grade vinyl covers are crack-resistant in cold weather and the carbon fiber-stitching looks are a nice complement for any motorcycle.
Mounting brackets are included in the package and installing a Saddlemen Adventure TOUR seat does not impact the bike's seat height adjustment system, if present. Prices start at $400; for application and other specs, please check the attached document below (PDF).
