Since the latest incarnation of the Mercedes-Benz S 63 AMG was just part of a media driving event in Austria, we should be expecting quite a lot of written and hopefully also filmed reviews of what is currently the biggest AMG sedan – until the S 65 AMG arrives, that is.
The Brits from Autocar are among the first to have put their opinions about the new model online, and we of course had to jump in and check it all out to the tiniest details.
Despite what we were expecting, they didn't went all British nationalism on the car. Quite the opposite, actually, as most of the words in the review are words of praise.
We haven't driven the 63 AMG version of the S-Class yet, just the S 500 (full test drive coming tomorrow, stay tuned), so we were more than anxious to see what other journalists thought of it. You can check out Autocar's review of the S 63 AMG and see what we mean about the lack of nationalistic propaganda.
