Russians Fix Broken Wipers By Pulling Them With String

We’ve kind of given the story away right from the title, but this video was so funny we thought it needed to grab your attention.
Proving that Russian ingenuity is as bottomless as their vodka appetite, two guys fixed their Lada’s windshield wiper problem with a piece of string. Because why spend money on new electric motors when you can MacGyver it all the way?

A guy in the passenger seat just tugs the wipers left and right so the Lada driver can see. The two are so confident in their system that they even overtake a truck despite very heavy stray.

This video raises a very interesting question: Has Lada ever done a recall?
