Russian Women Leave Station with Gas Pump Attached

Men are too dreadfully bitter about women driving... for a reason. Just because some female drivers are doing a better job than others and creating a better name, doesn’t mean we can forget stuff like this.
In the first place, you’re supposed to turn off the engine before pumping your car full of gas. There are plenty of gas station sign that tell you that, though there aren’t any to tell you not to be stupid and pull away with the pump still attached.

Some of the risks involved with leaving your vehicle running while you are pumping your fuel are if the shifter is not actually in park it could move and your vehicle could move on it's own running you over or hitting the car behind or in front of you.

Also of concern is static electricity between your body and the fuel pump. That is why the tell you to touch a metal object like your cars body to discharge any static electricity before you pick up the fuel nozzle because if a spark from static electricity finds any fuel on or in the nozzle a fire will start on you faster than you can blink.

But all that is theoretical if you’re dumb enough to forget that the gas in your tank came from a hose that’s still attached to your car. You’re not driving the Saturn V rocker ladies!
