Let’s say you are in a bus stop in Russia, reading a book, minding your own business, waiting for your bus to arrive. What can really happen? An undercover police car might bust into you, totally ruining you day, might be an option.
A dashboard mounted camera from a car that was stationed near the bus stop filmed the whole incident. The poor old man that was waiting his bus was suddenly hit by a car that tried to take a corner too fast and lost control.
The big surprise was that the guys in the unmarked car were actually police officers, which apparently didn’t care too much that they hit the man. The one on the passenger side got out of the car, looked at him and then turned away in a nonchalant way.
