Russia, objectively speaking, has some of the worst drivers we have ever seen. Not only do they all seem to be in a really big hurry to reach their destination, but even when they do drive fast, it seems as if most such endeavors end badly for at least one other driver and his or her car.
This Russian driver, does indicate that he is about to make a left turn, yet he forgets the other important thing that needs to be done - looking in the rear view mirrors and, if necessary, over his shoulder, especially when attempting a 180-degree turn, such as this one.
This driver’s ignorance cost him dearly, as he is hit in a rather severe manner, from the side, and bits of both cars can be seen flying immediately after the impact.
