We're being ironic, of course, but unfortunately for the driver of white car that this gentleman crashed into things got really serious, really quick. The E46 driver decided to go for a prolonged overtake and probably thought that the driver of the white car would get out of his way.
It turns out he didn't and the crash that resulted looks pretty bad. Fortunately, we at least know that the passenger is safe, since he appears to be getting out of the car right after the impact.
