Several renderings from Russian car maker AvtoVaz (Lada) have surfaced on the internet lately. The cars look striking similar with the brand new Dacia Sandero supermini, which it basically is.
It seems that not only Europeans like the new Sandero, even the Russians sympathizes it, and because AvtoVaz is somehow related to the Dacia concern, they have decided to make their own version of the Sandero and Sandero Stepway.
Unlike the Romanian one, the Lada badged Sandero has a more aggressive front fascia, being mostly influenced by last year’s Lada X-Ray concept. The back side features most of the modification, having horizontal linked taillights and a third set of windows on the sides.
Rumors are that these pictures are not just fan-made, but the actual future Lada models that might go into production in 2014, when it might even rival with the low budget Dacia brand.
