Rude Member of European Parliament Calls Bikes "Death Carriers"

When the Chief of Transport Committee in the European parliament calls motorcycles "death carriers", we've got a problem. No, we AND him are having a problem. The guy we're referring to is Brian Simpson, a British member of the European parliament, advocating mandatory annual technical inspections for motorcycles.
Despite most countries having already agreed that this would be a waste of money, Mr. Simpson seems to lack the needed intellect for accepting the facts. Or at least being polite enough and refrain his unnerving manner of referring to motorcycles as "death carriers".

Mr. Simpson, you are literally speaking against so many bikers who have elected you for his position, and this is not nice, not nice at all. We can only hope that your fellow EP members are smarter and more polite than you are and will end this utterly stupid debate and at the same time teach you some manners. And even more, explain better the benefits ot two-wheeled transportation, for it looks like you don't have a clue...
