Can’t give up on your conservative-looking Toyota Land Cruiser V8? Yeah, these new age SUVs really look cool, but also come at a price and they won’t be as good in the dirt as the old cruiser. Maybe you should check Rowen’s new Premium Edition body kit which could put it on par with modern ones.
Japanese tuner Rowen International is renowned for some of the most exotic shaped aftermarket body kits and it did no exception when making this one for the old Toyota Land Cruiser.
You might not be able to throw the car into the mud or rough terrains as before, but this kit will surely change the way your Land Cruiser looks. It comes with intricately shaped front and rear bumpers, side skirts, extra daytime running lights, rear lip spoilers, extra foglights, a modified grille, new taillamps and a quad exhaust system.
It’s your problem to choose the rims, but anything big and chromed should fit perfectly. Still, before you reach that point you should first check your bank account, because the unpainted kit is priced at ¥265,000 ($2,250/€1,800), shipment and installation not included. Extra LEDs cost about ¥16,000 ($135/€108) and the exhaust counts for ¥170,000 ($1,440/€1,148).
The video bellow show you how the Land Cruiser would look like with all the tricked out parts installed and we got to say it’s quite a head turner. Our advice? Don’t get this kit if your Cruza is dark colored because all those creases and vents will blend in, making the car look like it’s some sort of chopped potato experiment gone wrong.
