The former Mercedes-AMG Petronas Team Principal has expressed his feelings about the 2014 Formula One championship, coming close to saying that the Germans might finally end the Red Bull domination in recent years.
Ross Brawn left the Brackley-based team at the end of last year and is now “concentrating on his fishing trips” but that doesn't mean he is completely out of touch with the world of Formula One.

“I was comfortable with where I left the team - I think the team is going to demonstrate all the work and effort they put in in the last couple of years. We started this project a long time ago and I think it will pay off. I've got a lot of very good friends there who I want to succeed. I watch with some pleasure if Mercedes can win the Championship this year.” he was quoted by Motor Tweets.

As far as the driver lineup goes, Brawn also said that he believes Lewis Hamilton has it in him to win the championship if the Englishman gets on good terms with the amount of groundbreaking technology that is to be found on the new cars.
