This is even more interesting if you think about the fact that there's no worse place to put some extra weight. And we all know that additional kilos affect all the areas of the driving experience, from acceleration and braking to handling.

Heck, there are Porsche owners out there who pay old Miata money to have a Weissach Package installed, which means the roof (along with other components) is made from carbon fiber.
