Toyota recalls, Honda recalls... we’ve heard them all, but it’s been a while since we head of something wrong with a Rolls Royce. According to a recent NHTSA report, the 2010 Ghost poses a fire hazard. Oh, what has the world come to. Repent, for the end is near!
Apparently, this is related to the BMW has to deal with for the 2008-11 5-Series, 7-Series, X5 and X6. Now, the Rolls Royce Ghosts built between September 2009 through September 2010 have a potential fire hazard due to a faulty circuit board. The total of 589 cars affected might not seem that much of a problem, but considering the British brand’s reputation, it is, and it will likely haunt them for years.

Owners of the affected modes will have to take their cars to the local dealers, who will replace the auxiliary water pump located in the engine bay can overheat. For more information on the recall and to find out if your car is affected, contact the NHTSA at 1-888-327-4236 (reference recall campaign number 11V522000) or Rolls-Royce at 1-877-877-3735.
