The 2012 model year brought a facelift for the Rolls Royce Ghost, so we couldn't expect the carmaker to make too many changes for the Ghost range's 2013 model year.
The British automaker has recently released the 2013 Ghost, which has received a few cabin upgrades, along with new wheel designs.

The interior of the 2013MY Ghost comes with new natural grain leather, a sound system that uses a new amplifier, together with what Rolls Royce calls "exciter" speakers. These are placed in the leather-trimmed headlines and are aimed at bringing the center of the sound closer to the ears of the occupants.

In addition to that, the car also receives new cross banded wood trimming, as well as a more practical feature, in the form of a Comfort Access System, which allows one to open the bootlid by placing his or her foot under the rear apron while the key is in the proximity of the car.

The 2013 model year Rolls Royce Ghost will enter the stage later this year.

What can we say? The people that will be the most thrilled when reading this are the owners of current Ghost models, who are thus assured that their cars don't get left behind.
