Remember the Yamaha Yard Built Faster Wasp Roland Sands unveiled back in early November 2015, as a preview of the upcoming XSR900 retro roadster? How about the rest of the Yard Built machines and the new Sport Heritage line that breathed retro life into the modern bikes? Well, the new Roland Sands collection is the perfect match for those motorcycles!
It's truly nice to see how Yamaha got involved bike makers from all over the world involved in both the Yard Built and Sport Heritage projects. Their contributions shook off the "Japanese vibe" from Yamaha's machines, and the new Roland Sands Design collection now adds its unmistakable Californian styling to the entire thing.
The Roland Sands Faster Sons collection includes leather and textile wax jackets and vests, alongside shirts, t-shirts, and hoodies. Sweaters, work jackets and work shirts, and caps are also on the list, as well as leather gloves.
Retro helmets and waxed cotton bags, including one that can serve as a helmet bag are available, with trinkets such as chains and keyrings on the side, too. The items in the Roland Sands Faster Sons will be available through RDS and Yamaha dealers, but no prices were mentioned.
