Robot to Car and Back: Real Transformer from Japan

“Transformers, more than meets the eye. Transformers, robots in disguise.” Well, in this case it’s more like robots in a suitcase. This creation is called 'Brave Robot’ and has made over 350,00 views in a matter of days after this video went viral on the internet.
The robot was built using 22 servo motors by Japanese student Kenji Ishida. This is the eight version of the robot, as he worked to perfect the design and make it more realistic. The way in which it moves is still sort of strange, but at least the movements of the arm are battle-ready. Yes, that’s what Kenji wants them to do!

The 29-year old designer has pledged to also make a flying robot soon, which should be very interesting to see.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
