Again, some place which seems to be Russia, and a motorcycle rider who is so drunk that ge can't even sit upright on the bike while stopped at a traffic light.
While this man is doing something utterly illegal and could possibly go to jail for he is clearly above any decent “alcoholic intoxication limits”, he proves that a motorcycle is less stable when stopped than when being ridden.
Such vehicle operators are a major hazard traffic and their presence on the roads (an in the world, for what's worth) could easily end up in fatality. Funny though the guy noticed the red light and stopped, otherwise we'd have most likely seen a terrible accident, bike thrashed and him learning how to fly, for sure.
We'd have certainly enjoyed seeing more of this guy's adventures, especially as he managed to fall off his bike twice in ten seconds.
