No, the image above doesn't depict an SLS AMG that's on its way to achieve warp speed, it's just a screenshot taken from a highly entertaining video of the SLS AMG Black Series being trashed on the Top Gear test track by Stig.
Going by the full name of “The Stig”, arguably the most mysterious racing driver in the world is driving what is arguably the most insane Mercedes-Benz production car on what is arguably the most famous test track in automotive television.

So, we have a Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Black Series, a tame racing driver, a test track from an old airstrip in Surrey, the UK, and an array of fish eye cameras that together provide a 3d view of the car driving on the circuit.

The result is pretty fun to watch, giving the viewer a very Google Streetview-like point of reference while the blood-pumping 6.2-liter V8 under that gigantic hood is roaring from underneath into the Gambon corner. Since there is no way to embed the resulting video, you're going to have to head on to Top Gear's website for the 360 degree footage.
