Rhys Millen Hooning in 'Stolen' Genesis Drift Car

If there ever was any shadow of a doubt that Hyundai has a sense of humor, the press release that came with the video you’re about to watch makes things clear. Just listen to this: "Wouldn't it be cool to do something outrageous inside [our old headquarters] before all the walls finally came down? Why not put Rhys Millen, his Genesis Coupe drift car, and our abandoned HQ together for a unique drift demonstration in a unique industrial setting?"
The hooning was shot in the old headquarters of Hyundai USA in Fountain Valley California. But instead of just taking the car and throwing it round the bends, they actually wrote a script where Rhys Millen steals a parked Genesis Coupe drift car from under the nose of a sleepy security guard.

The shots of him drifting round the tiny security car are priceless and we think it amazing tht they found a line through a building that’s supposed to be demolished.

Exelent video, but some explosions would’ve been nice!

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
