Renthal Co-Founder Andrew Renshaw Loses Fight with Cancer

Andrew Renshaw, co-founder of the world-famous brand Renthal passed away on 27 October, an official Renthal press release reports.
Andrew and his lifelong friend Henry Rosenthal established their company back in 1969 and their vision and engineering skills have revolutionized the motorcycle industry, introducing a new standard for aluminium handlebars.

With many of the company's products carrying patents and becoming an inspiration for other engineers and industrial designers, Renthal is today one of the big names in the aftermarket segment and a choice favored by a huge number of professional riders.

After a long battle with cancer, Andrew peacefully, and is survived by his wife Claudine and three sons, Edward, James and Mark.

And in case you wonder where does Renthal come from, "Ren" comes from Renshaw and "thal" from Rosenthal. Wonder how many of us are riding his products daily...
