This project car started out as a freshly ordered SLS Black Series, off the assembly line and landed in the capable hands of RENNtech. They decided that even though Mercedes pushed the V8 to the max, they could do better. And so, the State 1 kit they developed takes it to the next level, with long tube headers and performance ECU upgrade.
The video below should convince you that they've built a real monster that likes to murder downshifts.
And since this is likely a Florida-based project, it's not surprising at all that American custom wheel specialists at ADV.1 Wheels got involved as well. They fitted the Black Series with a staggered set of their ADV05TSSL rims, sized 20x9.5 at the front and 21x12 at the back.
Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s.
