After BMW raised our pulse showing a commercial featuring the new 4 Series Coupe, today we're taking a look at the 4 Series Convertible and how it may look.

Thanks to the 4er Coupe Concept we can make a pretty good presumption as to what the Convertible will look like. We already know that it will be a hard top, following the biggest market's demands (that's the Chinese market, where the E92 was outsold by the hard-top E93).

After the 4 Series Coupe will be released this Spring, we can expect the new 4er Cabrio to be unveiled, at least as a concept, during the second half of 2013 and to go on sale somewhere in 2014.

The engines on the cabrio could be the same as the Coupe's with slight changes. For the first period we can assume that only the 420i and 435i will be available in the US, whilst the EU market might also receive a 420d and 430d in the traditional BMW fashion, the engine range being completed some 6 months into production.

We're absolutely confident that the new 4 Series Convertible will be top of its class, following the footsteps of the E46 and E93 Cabrio, with a design showing luxury, precision and performance along with an aggressive stance and sporty feel.
