Rendering: BMW Vision Future Luxury Touring Concept

The world reacted better than expected to BMW’s Vision Future Luxury Concept, unveiled earlier this year at Beijing. Hiding the next 7 Series model underneath all that sheet metal, the Concept showed us what to expect in the near future.

Apart from the revolutionary new design that uses extremely thin headlights and taillights, the new car impressed with what was used inside it.

The B pillar was gone and its place was taken by a CFRP chassis that reinforces the car. The whole interior was also redesigned so that it doesn’t look as boring and dull as all the current ones do.

The 5-seater configuration was gone and its place had been taken by only 4 extremely comfortable and cozy seats. Touch-sensitive displays went all around and the doors were converted to a coach-style design that suits the car even better.

With such beautiful art at work, renderers around the world couldn’t just stay put. Since they are creative people, they just had to jump in and add their own touch to the design.

Amongst the first people to do so were the guys from X-Tomi Design that created what they call “the BMW Vision Future Luxury Touring Concept” which is ... exactly what you think it is, the Touring version.

Keeping in touch with the BMW DNA, the car is sporting the Hoffmeister Kink on the D-Pillar and was kept true to its original design. However, they didn’t specify if the car is still wearing coach doors or not but we have to admit, if it does, it would be a pretty kick-ass Touring car that would set itself apart from the rest.
