Renault Twizy Powered by Music in David Guetta’s Alphabeat Music Video

Do you think it’s possible to feel like buying a car just because it appeared in a music video? No?! You haven’t seen what David Guetta did with the new Renault Twizy in his latest video.
This VEVO version of the song is awful to listen to because the music stops all the time, but the Twizy is almost continuously featured. All of Renault’s marketing power is being focused into this little car, which might be a bit of a mistake. It’s never going to be as popular with customers as a full-sized car with at least four seats, even more so with younger buyers.

However, if the image is right, there should be no problem selling it for its novelty value provided there are government incentives.

Getting back to the video, this does feature a very green idea... ideal actually: people’s dancing charges up a whole parking lot of Twizys. It’s very sci fi, and the Tron-style light effects are brilliant.

Editor’s note: admit it Renault - you gave them your film “chariot” SUV and all the resources you could muster!
