Renault has recently announced the debut of the Duster production in Indonesia, with the crossover being domestically produced for sales in the country.
The Renault Duster, a rebadged version of the Dacia Duster, is initially being offered in Indonesia with the 1.5 dCi oil burner. The decision has been made as a result of the engine’s efficiency, a factor that’s highly stressed in Indonesia.
The French automotive producer explained that the Duster has become the Renault Group’s number one model this year. The company added that the huge potential of the Indonesian marker will help the crossover climb even higher.
However, while the Dacia Duster has received at facelift at the Frankfurt Motor Show, the Renault version makes due without the refreshments.
