Yesterday, Renault announced a new modular architecture philosophy shared with Nissan which will help the two companies share costs. CMF will underpin 11 new Renault cars, likely also the next Koleos, which has already begun testing.
Until that replacement arrives, the compact crossover received yet another makeover, but the changes are small compared to what happened when the last facelift was launched in 2011.
The biggest cosmetic change is the new grille that now connects the two headlights and houses a bigger diamond emblem. The Koleos also gains a new set of wheels and this new paint color Renault calls Ebony Brown.
The updated model also has new interior trim, the latest R-Link system with 7-inch display and is available with things like a reversing camera, hands-free card, Hill Start Assist and Hill Descent Control.
