The Renault Fluence has recently revealed the carmaker’s Black Edition treatment, with the vehicle now offering more value for money. The Fluence Black Edition uses exterior features such as 17-inch alloy rims that comes with a diamond-like finish, new add-on elements for the front and rear fascias, chromed window surrounds, boot trim and door handles, as well as an exhaust pipe that uses the same finish.
Climbing aboard, we find a leather finish for the steering wheel, aluminum pedal cover, a two-material finish for the seats, as well as rear parking sensors and a Carminat TomTom Live navigation system, with the last two being borrowed from the Dynamique equipment level this version is based on.
Under the hood, we find a 1.5-liter dCi diesel that delivers 100 hp and is matted to a six-speed manual gearbox. The unit returns an efficiency of 4.6 liters per 100 km and emits 120 grams of CO2 per km.
