Renault Samsung Motors unveiled a new urban crossover at the 2013 Seoul Motor Show yesterday. It's called the QM3, but we know it as the Captur, a jacked-up derivative of the Clio.
For those of you who didn't know this already, a number of cars Renaults sells in Europe are actually Korean models that have been rebranded. What we know as the Fluence, Latitude and Koreos are actually the Renault Samsung SM3, SM5 and QM5 in disguise.

“Renault Samsung QM3 combines in a single compact vehicle the best of three worlds: the sportiness of an SUV, the convenient comfort of an MPV and the driving pleasure of a hatchback,” said Laurens van den Acker, Senior Vice President, Design, Renault Group.

The QM3 will go on sale in Korea later this year, with prices and technical details still to be announced. It's safe to say that the same frugal new engines offered with the Captur will be available.
