It’s the first time when the X Fighter riders head to the United Arab Emirates and the Gulf region. Under the careful eye of HH. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Sports Council, the first round of Red Bull X-Fighters World Tour will be held against the backdrop of the Jumeirah Beach Residence complex next weekend.
A track will be built next to the venue and the maximum capacity for spectators will be 15,000. A variety of ramps will be put in place in order to serve the riders as they jump sky high to perform their sick tricks.
The calendar features 6 fantastic locations across 4 continents and a total of 12 riders will compete for air dominance and glory. After the Dubai event, the World Tour will go to Brasilia, Rome, Madrid, and Warsaw before the grand finale in Sydney.

Mat Rebeaud’s fans will be disappointed because the Swiss will be replaced by 21-year old American rider Lance Corey.
