Basically it's about being seen from a great distance in poor light or at night, no matter whether you're riding a bike or motorcycle or are just jogging. The special-design armbands and leg pieces can be worn directly on the skin in the warm season, or on top of clothing pieces.
The glass powder-based fabric has three layers: a textile support, an aluminium foil layer and the highly reflective glass powder. Even in dim light, the Realflex is visible from about 100m (300 ft) and this might be really helpful in a lot of situations.
Realflex fabric is washable, retains its shape and the reflective index is not affected by water. For those concerned about their safety, such an arm piece could really be a valuable accessory.
