If you’re from the US, chances are quite small that you’ll be one of those interested in buying a ticket. Even so, you should know we’re looking at real deal here. Let us expand.

Four big names in international soccer will be meeting at the Munich Allianz Arena on August 4, and 5 at the event billed as “In close touch with the best”. So far, FC Bayern Munchen and Real Madrid CF have confirmed their attendance, with the other two to be announced following the end of the European League season at the beginning of June.

This year’s event marks the fourth edition of the tournament that celebrated its premiere in 2009 when Audi celebrated 100 years of existence. Held at two-year intervals, the Audi Cup is allegedly one of the largest tournaments in the preparation of the European soccer season. And Europeans sure like their soccer, mind you.

The time-tested format of the Audi Cup has remained unchanged. On Tuesday, August 4, the two semi-final meeting will be held. The losers of these matches will be playing for third place on Wednesday, August 5 before the winners meet in the final,” Audi explains. For soccer fans, it's a hell of an opportunity since we’re talking about some of the biggest teams all seen performing in the same place.

One ticket equals two matches

The kickoff times on both days will be 18:15 and 20:45, this way the spectators at the Allianz Arena will be seeing all four clubs on both match days. The winners go home with a 60-centimeter tall aluminum trophy specially designed by the German automaker. In case you’re wondering who is going to be present, here are some of the players: Arjen Robben, Mario Götze, Manuel Neuer, Toni Kroos, Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale, Karim Benzema, Sergio Ramos or Iker Casillas.

The 20 euro ($22), one-day tickets are now available for purchase online, with each one allowing the buyer to watch two games live.
