One of only 405 examples ever built, the white-striped green Shelby GT500 depicted above is powered by a 428 cubic inch (7.0-liter) V8 engine connected to a four-speed manual transmission and comes with a full Marti report.

The GT500 won't be the only rare Ford-badged vehicle that will be auctioned off in Texas, with a yellow 2006 Ford GT also up for grabs. In fact, the Motostalgia Auction d'Elegance will attempt to sell no less than 75 classic and modern vehicles that are said to attract crowds from all over the world.

"We have traveled the globe finding only the best of the best for this auction and are excited to be able offer a collection of automobiles that are so exclusive, so luxurious, and so valuable that serious collectors and Grand Prix race enthusiasts will be awe struck," said Antonio Brunet, president and founder of Motostalgia.

The 2013 Motostalgia Auction d'Elegance will be held on November 16, with preview and gala set on the 14th and 15th of the month.
