We’re not regularly doing advertorials, as in we’re not used to acting as a spokesman for other people. But in this case, we’re dealing with a petrolhead - a famous rapper - who needs some help. We’ve been reporting on The Game’s cars before and the artist’s big love for the aftermarket industry, so we find ourselves in debt to report on his recent automotive-drama.
If you’re a fan of the genre - which isn't the case with us - you probably know who The Game is. For those who don’t know, however, we’ll take the time to give you a fast heads up. Jayceon Terrell Taylor on his real name is best known as a rapper in the West Coast hip-hop scene and as one of Dr. Dre’s most notable proteges.
He’s been around for quite a while now, switching from one record label to the other. After his debut album - The Documentary - was certified double platinum ten years ago, the 35-year-old artist is now back with a sequel. As far as we know, The Documentary 2 - The Game’s seventh studio album - is set to hit stores on October 9th, with the double album edition scheduled to be released one week later.
We’re looking at one of the most successful rappers in the game, one who apparently also has a big heart. As a matter of fact, if we were to Taylor’s word, he has been giving away random dollar bills to his fans. However, like most of his fellow artists, The Game’s car fleet is an important aspect of his lifestyle. Bragging about his cars is also a big part of his routine.
Whether or not it was his opulent show off that targeted the recent attack, we don’t know. What we do know is that a guy driving an Audi vandalized most of his sportscars about three weeks ago and there’s still no word on catching him. The Game made CCTV footage showing the guy’s face public, so if you think you can help don’t hesitate.
