He’s the one that has been hanging around with Justin Bieber, Lil Twist is a rapper from Oak Cliff that certainly knows his cars. The 21 year-old celebrity was seen visiting Fred Segal in West Hollywood, California, afterwards getting in his Bentley car along with his friends.
