The American Rapper who’s “Top of the World” song was featured in the basketball simulation game NBA 2K10 seems to be getting pretty OK, considering he has just got himself a brand new Corvette Stingray C7 in white. Only thing that’s not right is that he likes posting photos taken next to the beast while holding on to a bottle of champagne.
The 26-year old American rapper is just going from good to better without any announcement. His career has already taken a turn for the glamorous, thanks to collaborations with famous artists like Ludacris, T-Pain or Akon. Ace Hood’s forth album “Trials and Tribulations” with his smash hit “Bugatti” pushed him into the land of celebrities.
However, what better way of showing of your success than posing around a 450 hp sports car? We’re talking about the pride of General Motors engineers, the seventh generation Corvette and the first to bear the Corvette Stingray name since the 1976 third generation model.
Let us remind you only a couple of features the guys from General Motors thought right for their new baby, released less than half of a year ago: direct injection, continuously variable valve timing and cylinder deactivation. The V8 has a displacement of 6.2 liters, delivering 450 hp and a peak torque of 450 lb-ft (610 Nm).
Now that’s a kind of a ride Antoine and his long time girlfriend, Shanice Tyria Sarratt, will definitely enjoy driving around. Again, we’ll have to hope the champagne is just for the show of.
