A California State Parks ranger risks his job and DUI charges after a person has photographed him being unconscious in the driving seat while having a can of beer between his legs. The source snapped the above photo of the ranger after he tried and failed to wake him up, and then called 911.
It’s a hard-knock life for us, it’s a hard-knock life for us… We all have tough days every now and then and feel like a drink would be the key for some relaxing time. However, it would be probably better if we’d have that beer at home, while we’re off work. Anyway, that is what most of us think.

The source, who asked to remain anonymous, said that on the afternoon of August 15 he spotted a State Parks vehicle parked irregularly along State Route 254. in Humboldt Redwood State Park, California. According to Lost Coast Outpost, the man was worried that something happened to the ranger, later on identified as Tyson Young, so he tried to wake him up. After seeing there’s no response, he called 911. Young eventually woke up and started driving northbound before the officers arrived.

Of course, later on he got pulled over, with the California Highway Patrol’s Garberville office stating: “Young displayed objective symptoms of intoxication and was detained for a DUI investigation.” Besides the police’s, it would seem Young also faces California State Parks' wrath who obviously do not tolerate the use of alcohol in the workplace.
