This is probably the first car that was ever delayed significantly by the birth of an ex pop star’s baby daughter. Yet here it is, and we have to admit that we like the Range Rover Evoque Special Edition that was created by Victoria Beckham and Land Rover’s designers.
The car was unveiled as a three-door at the 2012 Beijing Auto Show today and is actually a limited production model of which only 200 will ever be built.
"I was very excited to be working with Land Rover as I have an enormous amount of respect for the brand. I've always driven a Range Rover, for me they are the epitome of quality and luxury. For me you should feel luxury. My brand is known for quality and workmanship and so is Land Rover. So for me it felt like the perfect collaboration,” the former Spice Girl said.
The Evoque has been given a hand-finished matte paint job and a set of gloss black 20-inch alloy wheels that set off the look together with the “Santorini” gloss black and rose-gold accents.
The interior is also custom finished and you get a set of luggage. This is a good indication that the car is really expensive, but we’ll have to wait until the order books open.
