Curb weight of 1,350kg; 0 to 100 km/h in 3.3 seconds; Top speed 370km/h (230mph); Max power 730 hp from a 6-liter AMG twin-turbo. All of these numbers belong to the Pagani Huayra, and none of them area really that impressive. The Ferrari F12berlinetta, for instance, does most of that and is much cheaper.
Pagani wanted the Huayra to be more usable than its predecessor, the Zonda, so it’s altogether a different breed. But while it’s not as mental as before, there are ways to make it special.
This, for example, is a Zonda that’s been made from carbon fiber and and finished with a purple tint. It’s even got the Italian flag on the brake calipers and some snazzy gold rims. The F12berlinetta, while having plenty of Italian spirit, has none of these cool things.
