BMW finally revealed the full production version of the i8 at this year's Frankfurt Motor Show, where the regular members of the public are eyeing it right as we speak.
Even though it costs way more than what you'd expect a 362 hp sportscar to cost, there should be no shortage of buyers willing to joint the i revolution.
One reason for this is that despite only having three cylinders at its disposal, the i8 sounds way better than a normal hybrid. People say that the 1.5-liter turbo make a similar sound to a small V6, but we'll let you watch the video below and judge for yourself.
One last thing. the 1.5-liter engine make an impressive 231 hp and is helped by electricity to make another 131 hp. Together, they give i8 a very substantial 570 Nm of torque.
