As far as enjoyable roadsters for the summer go, it doesn't get a lot better than BMW's Z4. Not even the Porsche Boxster isn't menacing enough for this Bimmer, especially when it was upgraded a bit.
The guys from MWDesign wanted to create a special model for a special summer and came up with what they call Project Slingshot. It's nothing else than an upgraded Z4 that will knock your socks out.
Under the bonnet lurk 400 HP and 420 lb-ft (570 Nm) of torque, thanks to the original 3-liter N55 engine that was upgraded by DINAN (with an ECU tune), STETT Performance (with an intercooler and diverter valves) and an Eisenmann Exhaust, thanks to iND Distribution.
Visually things were changed using what MWDesigns calls lime green, coming from a Nike set of golf clubs, custom Modulare H1 three-piece 20" wheels with brushed aluminum finish and a touch of green here and there.
Needless to say that we love everything about this car, including the photo gallery that you can enjoy below.
