Buick has signed an endorsement deal with professional golfer Shanshan Feng, who will serve as brand ambassador for golf events the American automaker sponsors in China.
Feng, who became a professional in 2007, is the first Chinese player to become a member of the American LPGA Tour and the first to win a major championship. She has been in the top 10 of the Women’s World Golf Rankings for 90 consecutive weeks.

In addition, Feng is the player for mainland China to play on the three major women’s golf tours, the LPGA Tour, the LPGA of Japan Tour and the Ladies European tour.

“Shanshan Feng is a role model for the younger generation who are pursuing their dreams,” said GM China President Matt Tsien. “She exemplifies Buick’s passionate and progressive brand philosophy.”
