Pro boxer Adrien Broner didn’t travel with Uber that much, but when he did, he made sure the drivers he came across were left with a lasting impression. And it wasn’t of the positive kind, as you may have guessed.
Broner’s latest stunt has earned him a lifetime ban from Uber. This wasn’t the first time he tried to intimidate a driver, but it was definitely the time when said driver decided he had had enough. After complaining to Uber, the driver then got Broner banned.

Broner used to document his rare rides with a Uber car on his social media. He would often tag the videos with #UberRide or even #Comedy, suggesting that what he was doing was meant to entertain his followers. In reality, he was being a jerk.

In the most recent clip, he and a pal are heard yelling at the top of their lungs when Drake and Travis Scott’s “Sicko Mode” comes on the radio. Broner is yelling at the driver to turn it on, but he eventually leans towards the dash and does it himself.

That was the final drop for the poor driver, who is clearly focused on taking his passengers safely to their destination. He pulls over and gets out of the car, and is then heard asking the 2 to get out because he can’t do this anymore.

In a statement to TMZ Sports, Uber says: “Company officials looked into the incident, and decided Broner's behaviour was unacceptable and his access to the app has been revoked.”

In another recent video from Broner’s Uber series, he’s heard trying to intimidate a driver by yelling at him to make a left turn. The friend he’s with intervenes on his behalf, telling the driver to not pay him any attention because he’s “drunk.”

This time, Broner didn’t have this excuse. The video that earned him the Uber lifetime ban is still available on his Instagram.
