Ever since BMW launched the new 2 Series and its M235i range topping model, they said that the car will be available with a complete M Performance Parts program that will include a limited-slip differential.
That was the icing on the cake for thousands of enthusiasts out there that were expecting a small, light and ‘cheap’ BMW for quite some time. Getting the LSD is a must for any track lover.

Now, BMW USA finally released a list of prices for all the M Performance Parts, from front splitters and mirror caps to wheels and brake calipers. However, we still have to wait a bit more for the LSD pricing to be unveiled, for some unknown reason.

Even so, we now know the basics. Prices range from as low as $72.52 for the exhaust tip adapters to $4,100 for the M Performance Wheels, an exorbitant price if you ask us.

Other parts you can get retrofitted to your car include the M Performance Brake calipers ($2,300) for which you’ll have to get the disks separately for $400 on the front axle and $250 at the back, $1,751 for the M Performance Steering wheel wrapped in Alcantara with race display, $325 for the carbon fibre mirror caps and so on.

For the complete pricing, check out the attached pdf. Rumors, at the moment, claim that the limited-slip differential will be priced somewhere around $3,500 and that the new part will be available towards the end of this month. We’ll keep you updated as soon as we find out more.
