While Jaguar's affair with SUVs and crossovers goes on undisturbed, some skilled digital artists are willingly coming up with renderings that partially clear the air on how a Jag SUV might look like. This time around, we get to see an interpretation of a possible C-XF crossover.
The Jaguar F-Pace is a certainty now as the Leaping Cat announced it will reveal the brand's first ever SUV on September 4, just two weeks before the British crossover bound to rival the BMW X5 meets the world at the Frankfurt Motor Show.

But you know how things go in the automotive world, and considering an SUV's money-making capacity, we have to deal with a lot of rumors these days. Most recent ones talked about a larger Jaguar J-Pace SUV sitting on top of the F-Pace in Jaguar's range.

Jaguar officials were quick to deny such rumors classifying them as pure speculation, but other reports came in and claimed there will be a J-Pace SUV after all.

Theophilus Chin was on duty, and he came up with a pair of renderings showing a crossover that would lost under the J-Pace. We have to say, there are a lot of Mazda's design cues borrowed for this one - minus the front and rear ends - but overall, the concept is not far from what we'd expect from Jaguar.

While we are still confused about Jaguar's future SUV line-up (if there will ever be one), such renderings make us realize it's only a matter of time before another car niche is created.
