Porsche Promo: The 911 Is Our Identity

OK, let’s just start this post with a hater’s rant. Why, for the love of god, did Porsche make the Panamera if their identity is represented by the 911? And why do so many people prefer to sit in a big luxury SUV than a nimble sportscar? It must be a sign on the times we live in, and Porsche is rightfully adapting and changing itself.
Stuttgart has just released a promo video that’s over three minutes long called “The new 911: Development of Porsche Identity” in which they basically explain the way the past is shaping the future. Porsche says that the 911 will forever be dedicated to “butterflies in our stomach.”

And for that extra bit of epicness the 911 needs, this video comes with a moving soundtrack from what sounds like Two Steps from Hell. We love that Porsche is still making these entertaining videos they started with the 997.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
