For those who want to learn more about their next performance car and those who want to dream of owning something they can't yet afford, Porsche has just launched another promo for the Panamera, this time for the mighty Turbo.
Now, we could be accused of being shallow for showing you a this video of a car that's been available for a year instead of some brand new Peugeot. But Porsche spends more money on promo videos than some smaller brands do on a whole car. You've got helicopter shots, an empty desert road, cool narration and dynamic shots – everything you'd expect from a big-budget National Geographic documentary. So call us Matthias Muller and color us impressed.

Some might argue that with a starting price of €143,000, the Panamera Turbo makes all the money Porsche needs to make such a commercial. But you do get a lot of car for the money, almost enough for the pinnacle of four-door technology. The 4.8-liter makes 520 hp, enough to rocket you to 62 mph in 3.9 seconds if you also speck the Sport Chrono Package.

As if that wasn't enough, the 570 hp of the Panamera Turbo S will get you from 0 to 62 mph in 3.8 seconds while top speed is up to 309 km/h or 192 mph. To top it all off, both the Turbo and Turbo S can now be ordered with a longer wheelbase for the first time ever.

Elsewhere in the Panamera range, S and 4S model have received a brand new 3-liter V6 turbo engine in place of the old V8 and there's a hybrid model which boasts fuel consumption of just 3L/100km. All this should keep customers happy until the next generation sedan arrives in 2017.
