Of course, the Monterey event is not all about the Panamera. The week long show will consist of several smaller events, including the Quail (motorsports gathering), the Monterey Historics and the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance.
Porsche will be featured marque in this year's Rolex Monterey Historic Automobile Races, where the German manufacturer will showcase not only the Panamera, but an entire display of vintage cars, including the Formula One and Two cars.
In the US, the Panamera S has a MSRP price of $89,600, the 4S costs $93,800, while the Turbo version starts at $132,600. The first two versions offer 400 horsepower at 6,500 rpm and a naught to sixty acceleration time of 5.2 seconds, while the Turbo versions come with 500 horsepower at 6,000 rpm and 4.0 seconds naught to sixty acceleration time.
While waiting for the Panamera, customers can entertain themselves by configuring their own Panamera here.
