Porsche Might Release 911 GT3 RS Limited Edition

The Porsche 911 is some sort of a paradox. According to Team Speed, Porsche is currently working on a 911 GT3 RS Limited Edition. Fortunately, this won’t be one of those vehicles that justifies its spicy price only through their exclusivity. It seems that the vehicle will be powered by a new 4.0 liter six-cylinder boxer unit that will deliver 500 hp. The output can be translated into a 50 hp premium over what the GT3 RS offers. In addition to that, the powerplant could be matted to the new PDK-S double clutch gearbox, which should bring anorexic shifting times.

Porsche should introduce the GT3 RS Limited Edition to the world on April 7, so we don’t have to wait too long to see what the Germans have prepared for us.
