A Porsche driver in China has recently lost his driver's license due to the fact that he had used toothpaste in an attempt to change his license plate.
The driver used the substance to modify the 1s on his plates, turning them into 7s. Policemen in Qingdao noticed his vehicle on the road, as they recognized the 7s as being fake. He was pulled over, with the officers discovering the issue.
The punishment for his attempt to "bypass" the law is anything but soft, as he received a 2,200 yuan (USD349 at the current exchange rates) fine while also loosing six points off his license. Unfortunately for him, he only had six points available, so his license was suspended.
